2.28 mile walk and jog... I put walk first because I only jogged a little. However, I am really pleased that I didn't get as out of breath as I used to. Which is great considering it's about 90 degrees now and the sun and humidity make it so much worse. I know that I am getting back in shape which is more important to me than my weight. Days like today make me glad that I have the support group I do, they have helped me through my toughest moments, when I didn't even feel like moving around. I have officially lost over 40 lbs, my heaviest was around 190, and now I'm under 150. I am so proud of what I have accomplished. I have a healthier diet and I have learned that I can't just cut something out of my life, it doesn't work well for me, so I just have learned moderation... I just want to thank everyone that has supported me, and I hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend!!!
