Shin Splints? Nope!
After taking a week off from running, and cutting my runs in half (from 4 miles to 2 miles) I finished my first run tonight without any shin pain! I still wrapped em with an ice pack. Better safe than sorry.
Make sure you're stretching them bitches, cuz trust me, I can run through just about any pain, and shin splints aint one of them.
