I had surgery a week ago and even though I've been eating too many calories on average, I've been logging it and still making an effort to eat healthy. I'm not looking forward to Monday's weigh in. :( I'm recovering well though and I will return to exercise as soon as I'm able.

I've been having a hard time keeping under my calories budget. I have to have surgery this week and I'm stressing about it. I still think I'm doing better than I would have in the past. I may have gone over by 500 calories today, but I didn't eat a whole pie or a whole bag of cookies. I still tried my best to get fruits, vegetables, lean meat, and healthy fats today. so even though I'm not happy I've gone over, I'm happy that this is improvement.
