I haven't figured out what diet I want to do yet. I've done WW in the past but didn't stick with it long enough. WW Core looks pretty interesting, but so does the Sonoma diet. I'm confused! I'm going to read some posts and try to figure out which will be best for me. I will write down what I eat, drink my water, try to exercise, etc. I don't like to count points or add up calories/carbs. I know it looks like I'm being a wimp, not really picking a specific diet, but there are elements from a few that would work well for me. Maybe a combo type diet. I just don't want to set myself up for failure, so I really want to research the pros and cons.

In reading back over this after the day was over I've decided that I shouldn't have had 2 pieces of chicken, just 1 and I should've taken the skin off.I also drink too much coffee, and I need to use splenda instead of sugar and not half and half....fat free creamer instead. Also not 2 starchy veggies, just 1. I need to eat more of a filling breakfast, also. Oh, and if I drink vodka, I need to not mix it w/ juice since it's all sugar..... maybe diet sprite or crystal lite lemonade. Or I could drink 1 or 2 small glasses of white wine.

I didn't exercise today, but I did work, so I did alot of walking and standing. NEED To exercise!!!!! But i still haven't "technically" started my diet yet. Today and tomorrow are the prediet phase so I can get ready. Yeah, yeah, I know... it's called procrastination.
