Weight is dropping slow but steady. I find it so helpful to plan my meals in advance. If I don't pack a lunch for work I am tempted to eat something I shouldn't. Tonight I made a stir fry with red cabbage, rice cauliflower, a little diced chicken and a fried egg. Half will be lunch tomorrow. My clothes are fitting better, I'm feeling more confident. At 51 am not looking to be a supermodel, just want to age gracefully. Best wishes for all of you that are walking the same path. 👌🏻💪🏻💕

I have been eating about 900 or 1000 calories a day. My weight loss has stopped so I think I need a higher calorie intake to resume losing.
