Having a garden and eating mostly veggies and lean meats helped me lose close to 30 pounds over the summer.
I intend to continue with salads, veggies, and lean meats until I reach my goal weight.
I have added whole milk to my diet, 3 cups per day.

218, down a few pounds. Summer helps and having a garden. I tend to eat veggies while watering and weeding, instead of a "meal". Also all that bending and walking helps.
