Well it is Monday and I'm still here. I have several things going on, but it is all coming together. I'm still focused on my exercise as I'm paying attention to those snacks. Other than this, Nothing much is going on in my life. I really need to go to the beach though lol. I hope everyone is doing well. I'll keep moving.

It's a stormy day, I need to get this dropped in here for the Day. Nothing really has happened to flip over lol. But I'm thankful for sticking with the workouts. I'm learning that my body will not tolerate to many days of them in a week. then I cut down on the days and now I seem to be making some progress and do feel better. I'm not sure, but It is making me listen to my body more. I hope all is going well for all of you. I'll keep moving.

Into the 2th day of this month. Feeling well. I have been avoiding the scale because of the workouts. The workouts are coming alone great I'm just surprised I'm still doing them. Looks like the body is building up or something. I think this is why I've not step on the scale Don't want to know if the weight is a gain due to the workout, I think I would stop again If I did (workouts that is). so no scale right now. Other than this. I'm moving right alone. slow but sho lol.. I hope all of you are breaking records and all the good things are falling in line for you. Take care all. I'll keep moving.

Hello June, well let me see if I can do better this month than last. I'm not sweating the big challenges, just focusing on the small ones and taking it one day at a time. Over all I'm feeling ok. I hope you guys are staying the course, We can do this. I'll keep moving....

Happy Memorial day to all of you, and thank you guys that have served or is serving our country we are proud of you. now for me, today has started off in class then a 2th one. stayed up to late and didn't get enough sleep. Ok I'm getting pass that one lol. I came in to drop this post. I hope you guys are doing well. I'm about to go get me a workout in and move to the next task. Take care everyone. I'll keep moving....
