I started over last Sunday, April 27th. I have stuck to it faithfully, and I can't believe the results!!! So far I have lost 9 pounds!! For one thing I can't believe I stuck to it. It was pretty easy although the first 2 days were tough. Twice this week I could of ate sweets and I didn't even think about it and that is not like me at all! I Always ate sweets every day! I hope I can stick this diet out, so far so good and I like the food. I'm getting a little sick of eating turkey bacon and eggs and egg sub. every morning, so I'm going to have to find something else to eat. But other than that I do like this diet!!

Wow! I can't believe it. I started the sbd and been faithful since Sunday and I have lost 8 pounds and it's only thursday!! I can't believe I have not had any sweets since sunday,(except for sugar free fudge bars. I hope I can do this another week!

Starting over again. This is my second day and I feel pretty good. I told my husband I'm starting this diet and he is not very supportive. He makes comments like "are you going to stick with this?" Haven't you tried losing weight before". But I'm determined to lose this time. I feel I'm ready now.
