I had to change yesterday's dinner. My Green Giant Brussel Sprouts in butter sauce were so horrible that it turned my stomach. I didn't eat for several hours after that. I made my side to tide me over while I cooked dinner. At least, that was the plan. I never though a butter sauce could taste so bad. Later on, when I felt a little better, I ate this chopped breakfast steak thing. Only my seasoning top popped off and spilled on it, so it was way too salty. It was still better than that butter sauce.
Today is a new day, and my only problem is that I would have sworn my planned meal had more calories. I will probably need to find more to eat.

I haven't had a lot of computer access lately. I have nearly emptied the pantry and was eating up the last of the carbs. I have one boxed meal left, the hamburger helper, which I will finish off tonight. Today wouldn't have been so bad if I had been able to make breakfast, but I ran out of time. I was planning on having Spinach and Bacon eggs. Had I cooked breakfast, I wouldn't have gone to the cafe at work. I wouldn't have thought that I wasn't feeling great today and just wanted toast and bacon, and I wouldn't have seen the strange new soda on display. Not that I am trying to avoid blaming myself. I do blame myself. I didn't stick to the plan.
I haven't had the snack yet. But I figure I really better because if I don't I will totally be far to short on calories today.

I still have leftovers for today even. It was a HUGE meal. Okay, I entered it wrong. Got the meal entered correctly now. I still ate it as two meals but now as high in calories as I was thinking. I don't really care about calories as long as I keep the carbs under 100. Soon I'll lower that to about 80 carbs a day.

No internet on the weekends is a little stressful. And I'm more likely to have stuff I shouldn't when I'm not putting it down online. Today's menu is pretty good. I think I have a hernia do I'm being careful with my unpacking. I have a doctor's appointment in a few days.
