The up side is a weight drop and no bloating. The down side is that I want to rip out my reproductive organs and stomp on them and throw them away. Does bloating help insulate from some of the pain? No clue. Wonder if anyone has studied that? But it made me decide to have a serving of twizzlers. Because I gave into the hormone fluctuations. One snack won't kill me. It was snacking for 5 days that used to kill me.

I changed my lunch to a hamburger and dropped my carbs and raised my calories. It was a good trade. It was also a good hamburger.
