😔 well, it is what it is! I need to get back to journaling each day. I also think I’ve gained a bit of muscle from the gym.

Did so-so with my IF this week, did pretty well with carb cycling, better with exercise and did splurge by having a few bites of carrot cake with my family on Thursday night. Goal for this week: carb-cycle, stick to 13IF and continue with exercise increase. Have a wonderful week, everyone!!! ☀️🥾💕

Slow dropping but doing my IF and carb cycling pretty faithfully this week. I fasted 13h x 5 days, my goal is 16h x 5 days. PT is going well but slow! I went xc skiing yesterday for the first time. I didn’t do any hills, but I did enjoy the beautiful snowy woods and was out there for an hour!! 🥰❄️🌲⛷️
