Today is day 20. New pants fit, yet not going to step on a scale until I get to work on Thursday. Feeling very good!

Got the best compliment yesterday when the brother in law came home...That he can see the difference. So I got out the tape measure and sure enough 2 inches gone. No wonder the smaller size pants fit better! I am all over the board as a few people have commented, so I took out the Atkins book again from 6-7 years ago when I did lose the 10 in a week and had a great partner in my mom to help me on this journey. Well we may be 10 hours away from each other but the support is there and I have gotten her to cook that way again. My Uncle, who has breakfast with her every morning, even commented on my breakfast ideas. So today I e-mailed her my week of food and she and I are going to go shopping for only what is on the weekly "Menu Plan". Too bad that the internet and phone services do not have smell vision to sense whos smells better. LOL Have a great night to all. I am not weighing in until work again, I trust that scale, I feel if I bought one here at home, I would be on it everyday and seeing the slow process would get me down.

I need suggestions for more protien and less fat!! I am in a smaller size today and am happy but the fat % i have is what I am not liking. I am not using butter or oil to cook with. Just going to keep going with the increased veggies. Have a great day!

Yesterday was not too bad of a day! Just have not found day care that is so desperately needed. I have no Idea what to do. I do not have an appetite so looking at the food from yesterday makes me feel good. Wish me luck that I can keep this up and find a daycare!
