So I am doing a 21 day free program and last week I worked out six days last week at home using YouTube videos. (I haven’t worked out since March 2021) But I did walk during that time but not that fast or far. So Inthink maybe Pushed myself a little too far and too fast. I am really really sore and my right hip area (Muscle) is still hurting a little. It’s not too bad but it’s there. I did a lot of lunges and squats. This is week two. Hoping I can keep going and not burn out. I don’t think I injured anything I am just sore from going from no exercise to intense more exercise. I am going to have to to take it a little easier this week.

Worked out yesterday which I haven’t done for months. I’m really sore but I want to work out again today. I know I don’t want to overdo it.

I’ve been carrying a lot of weight since after my children were born and recently I gained about 18 pounds since the pandemic began. I need to lose 47 pounds. I was 165 in September now I am 182. :( It’s frustrating because I know just what I need to do but I don’t really have the motivation or commitment to follow through. Any suggestions?
