Doing wonderful! No breads or flour for 11 days. Eating about 1500 cals a day, and exercising 3x a week. best of all, the numbers show!!!

SUPER good! I've been 8 days of 100% to plan! Caffine and wheat free, recording everything I eat, choosing lots of vegetables & lean protiens, and exercising a little bit. My goal for this week ahead is to actually get to the gym 3 times this week.
