a small lose but I'll take it considering I havent been doing so well staying with in calorie goals

fell off for a few days but really need to get on track... not sure why I'm having such a hard time

yesterday was good day stayed focused and stayed under my calorie goal .. looking forward to what the scale has to show in the morning ...
