good morning to all. nothing new , spring hassprung nd yard work has begun. loosing weight , not really trying to . lotsof fruit and vegies . been taking a daily dose of 3 tsp ground flax seed in 4 oz kefir. lots of probiotics , more than yogert. great colon cleanse. have a great day

well i have lose that i plannedplus a bit more. i have upped my calorie intake and proteins up to greater than 100gm. no bread or sugar , lots of vegitables. still loosing. trying to stop that and just hold steady. just do not want to start that carbohydrate cycle. bread is addicting. it like asking a junky to take a little heroin, or an alchoholic to drink just one a day. just can't do it.
