these last few days havent been the greatest, I havent been binging on carbs or over eating, but I know I havent been drinking enough water and I'm feeling very sluggish. I also havnt been measuring or recording my food intake, but that stops today!
I'm getting back on track :)

I havent been weighing myself over the last few days and also havent been logging as much as I used to... I'm still in line with my macros, and still have lost weight! yay!

I havent updated in a while, but for the month of june I actually wrote down fitness goals as well as financial goals.
I am feeling amazing with a little over 20 total pounds lost (I lost 5 lbs before I got the app) and hopefully will get cleared from the doctor in 2 weeks to return to the job which I love! a back injury wont keep me down for long!
