I couldn't stick to Atkins. I rebelled against it and binged on funyuns, white castle burgers and rice pudding.
This weekend, I also went to Burger King and had a whopper meal with onion rings. It was sooooooooooo good, but needless to say, even my once loose "fat girl pants" are now "fitted". I have a roll of grabbable fat hanging over my former loose pants, my behind is really wide, and my thighs, and myself in general, is just BIG.
Anyway, I have a coworker named Leslie who lost a ton of weight and now looks GREAT. Beyond great, AMAZING.
She told me she went to food addicts meetings and lost weight by sticking to a diet of no flour and no sugar.
So now she is my mentor, and whatever she eats, I eat. I encouraged her to start her own business, which she named Sugar Mouth meals. I am hopeful I'll see the same results! So far the meals seem VERY healthy. I'll document them as a I go along, and we'll see whether or not I lose weight.
You don't know unless you try, right? Well, I figure, what have I got to lose, except for a few pounds? (And that's the hope!)

Day1- 125 pounds. Depressing. My thighs are fat, I have a muffin top,I feel hideous. I need to get in shape, I look and feel like a 40-year-old.
I need to stay on this induction phase for 14 days straight. That means I can't be eating out, AND I can't drink alcohol, for at least 14 days straight!! How am I ever going to live through Valentine's Day without ever imbibing on wine??
I feel fat.
