Since skin removal surgery I've been laying around trying to heal but also eating sweets and things I shouldn't 😌 I've still sticking to my usual diet foods and calorie counting but ice cream and chocolate are my downfall. so I've gained a few pounds then end up in the 3'4 pound yoyo vortex. but I think I'm starting to get my MOJO back and my mindset back on track plus Iowa weather hasn't been good for outdoor exercise. so it's a new week..gonna get back into the game!

I think I over did it since I got the ok to drive....I have been in pain for the past few days, laying on the couch not doing much. my right side is red sore and tender where the staples were. everything is healing well but I must continue wearing the velcro binder in my middle, and it's hard sleeping on my back. it feels good to wear clothes again.I'm not ready to show photos yet but i will.
