Lost 60+ pounds on Atkins. Slowly weight has crept back on from overeating/poor food choices (sugar + pasta = the devil). Highly sensitive to carbs. Tried many different diets, none work as well for me than Atkins/low carb/keto.

Alcohol on Atkins
Even wine has some carbs. I tend to drink vodka with seltzer water/club soda or diet soda. No carbs, but as with any type of alcohol, it has TONS of calories. Unfortunately, I struggle with drinking on the weekends because I feel like it stops weight loss for half the week. Sometimes it takes me all week to drop the 3 lbs I gain from drinking on Saturdays.

So, Who Takes What???
I take Centrum Silver multivitamin (the iron free kind). Could there be hidden carbs in these?? Never really thought about it. hmm..
