I'm 41 years old. I have been married for 21 years. We have two children, a 19-year-old daughter and a 16-year-old son. Our daughter goes off to college the middle of August. I have recently received my certificate in Medical Transcription and Medical Coding. Currently looking for a job that I can do from home. I had a back fusion on 2004 that forced me to quit my job at Wal-Mart, so I had to find another line of work that wasn't physical labor. Needless to say, I've packed on the pounds. I've tried almost every diet form Atkin's to Weight Watchers. Currently using the Fat Smash diet, but I'm getting frustrated at this one too.....If anyone has any tips or encouragement, please feel free to lend them to me....

Day 2 of Phase 1 and Fading!
Do you happen to have the recipe for that Taco Soup? Sounds delicious. I've practically lived on beans and brown rice for the last 8 days, but I haven't combined them yet..I'm a goober...didn't even think about it..lol. I'm ready for Phase 2. The first thing I'm gonna eat is a piece of chicken..baked with no skin! I'll even eat it for breakfast.Laughing

Bloated on Fat Smash
I feel the same way. I think you're right. It's got to be the beans and stuff. I drink TONS of water and still feel bloated, but we probably just have to get used to the diet. It's probably my body rejecting all the good food I'm feeding it for a change...lol

Been on the FS diet since last Thurs.....
I've been on FS since last Thursday, July 12 and I don't think I've lost one single pound....is this common or am I failing at yet another diet?!?! Have eaten nothing but what is on the approved food list every day and have been doing my 35 minutes of cardio. Is it just me????? Ready to dive into a bag of oreo's!!!!!!!!!!!!!Crying or Very sad
