I know I shouldn't get on the scale all that much, but I need the validation that what I am doing is working. The book says not to weigh yourself, maybe once a month. I need to take "before" pictures and measurements I suppose. Anyhow, down two pounds from what I weighed monday...and with no exercise at all... 8o

So I am down four pounds from my initial weigh in, but I am happy with that. I drank quite a bit of beer an liquor, and had a huge group potluck, and didn't attempt to watch what I had for that. I did however pack all my other meals for the weekend, and pretty much stuck to those. Right back in the saddle today, and need to cook all my meat for the week tonight and do a little shopping for the week.
