Keeping track of food - today chicken tenders - 1/4 chicken approx - salad ranch - 2 plates shrimp and sirloin stir fry with the stir fry Vegas - 1 beck non alcohol beer - 2bud select 1 bud light - warehouse today 120 degrees so lost a lot water weight - 2 fit active bar peanut butter chocolate - 2 Coke Zero - - 1 Diet Pepsi - a handful of rotisserie chicken - picture of stir fry below

Hi everyone , Having a great day - Hope you are too -
I had a couple coke zeros today , chicken tenders and side sI dlad from cecil whitakers - note - texas roadhouse has a 10 oz chopped steak called roadkill, I get 2 side salads , in missouri 9.99 - anytime of day - I love it - onions and mushrooms on top - I try to skip the cheese -
I will send pictures of turkey sausage at rural king which is a great snack -
Love it -
Didn't eat any breakfast -
I will try to include a picture of scale on my weigh in each day for confirmation -
Tonight, I am thinking rural king pork rinds , sweet barbeque is great with salsa - I don't always like sit down, finger foods great during summer and eat until content - I miss pasta salad with italian dressing but I guess I could use the squash noodles , an idea -

Getting into the “swing” of things - yesterday 3 Nathan’s hot dogs with no bun - 4 bud select beers - 4 Coke Zero cans - Texas Roadhouse roadkill - double salad - pork rinds and salsa - 16 oz bag - rotisserie chicken and broccoli -
Today so far - Hardee’s 2 biscuits sausage and egg - didn’t eat bread - 1/2 rotissereie chicken - broccoli - bacon - last 3 items cooked together ( baked) - 4 bud select / 4 Coke Zero - water daily - 2 slices pepper jack cheese and 2 provolone cheese - pork rinds and salsa -
Was feeling stuffed up last couple days and being freed up now -
This week will be more normal -
Will be eating and try to work into tuna fish , shrimp , sirloin burgers , rotisserie chicken , broccoli , green beans, tomato , salsa , pickles and onions to name a few -
I know protein will eat fat so using that method - goal this week to cut down on beer , breads and diet soda - I always have issues cutting these out totally but will still try-

yesterday had 3 White Castle burgers , 5 bud select beer and 2 margaritas , a carnivore salad from Cecil Whitaker’s pizza joint local in St. Louis - 2 cans Coke Zero - plenty of water - a pork tenderloin sandwich mustard pickle onion from Tricity speedway in pontoon beach Ill and a few fries from White Castle - I worked in warehouse yesterday probably 120 degrees so sweated a ton and walked a lot - dirt car races last night - include pictures of racing while infield flooded - bad food bad drink but birthday weekend and never get beer at track but no carbs - I know - picture of weight and picture of track - Neato -
