265 so far, the pounds now are slower in coming off. I picked up the cardio in this phase to 35 minutes. If I get stuck on the weight I will go back to phase 1 for a few days to see if I can get it kick started again.

detox phase over!!hurray...down hill from here, recipes are a lot more friendly, still having problems try to post recipies we are using but when i can i have some good ones. lost 14 lbs since 10/5
