I'm now 69 and the 215 is the highest I have weighed ever. I've been obese for quite awhile, but now it's interfering with activities.
I have Fibromyalgia/ME so my activity level fluctuates constantly. My pain levels change too but are usually 6 out of a scale of 1-10.
I want to add in more vegetables and fruits and move so I can get fitter.
I feel sad that doing housework isn't considered "exercise" so it doesn't count.
I live in Texas.
