Its a fluke....Ive had the flu for a week. So I know it will go back up quickly. But it was nice to see it on the scales So since I have been sick I havent exercised in about a week. I have no energy at all. Going to try to get some in tomorrow after work. Im going to need some luck. Still dont feel up to it but I know it will make me feel better anyway.

As I hit 46 years old I watch my belly turn to jello. No matter how hard I try - no matter how much I exercise its not tightening up anymore. My body has shut down and my metabolism is gone. I exercise an hour on most days of the week and keep my calories below 1400. I have tried high protein/ no carb/ spent thousands on a doctor supervised protein shake meal replacement product. I dont think I want to subject myself to this pain any longer. I just have to let it go and realize its not going to happen for me anymore. I concede.

Injured a tendon in my foot. Easy on the workouts this week. Maybe try a nice easy walk today - 60 degrees is wonderful.

So, I ate yogurt and fruit for breakfast at 06:30 - snacked on a 160 calorie atkins snack bar at 09:00 and my stomach is still growling! Any suggestions? Im drinking a large glass of walmart flavored diet water now too.
