Very surprised to find myself not hungry on the diet. Today was day 5, and I am down 5 lbs!

I changed diets because I really think hcg will work for me. I have met a few people who are on it, and they are doing really well, which gives me hope.

So I decided to start Atkins today. Got the new book yesterday. I have kinda been watching my carbs, but this book really helps! I also worked out to the Biggest Loser. Halfway thru the day, and I feel pretty good!
