I'm in my 50's, have struggled with my weight most of my life. I'm a care-giver of an elderly parent and work in a high-stress profession that I truly love. I've done several different weight loss journeys, some more successful than others, but, none have been permanent solutions because I tend to let other things take priority. I have no expectation of being "thin" but rather want to just be healthy again so that I can enjoy my golden years - when I get there.
