Today was another day that I was ill. Toward the end of the day I developed a migraine. I could barely drive home my head hurt so much. I came home and felt really nauseous so I took migraine pills, took my contacts out (I think that's what caused it) and had some tea and toast.
I got my appetite back after a few hours so I made a pack of instant rice noodles around 7 p.m. Then I had some ice cream for good measure.
Breakfast
1/2 detox smoothie
1/2 cup of coffee
cup of Chex cereal
Lunch
roast beef sandwich on a kaiser roll
Dinner
cup of tea
2 slices of toast
rice noodles + curry
Snack
Drumstick ice cream cone

We treated ourselves to an afternoon in Woodstock, the town neighboring ours. We love going there on Sundays. It's quaint with the type of eccentric, hippy characters that you would expect to see.
In a rare occurrence, I ordered a huge cheeseburger and fries for lunch at a local diner and, perhaps inevitably, was sick the rest of the afternoon. I had a cup of tea and some dry Cheerios for "dinner" which was less dinner and more me laying in bed at 8 p.m. with the dog in my lap.
I guess my body was rejecting the greasy lunch. But man, it tasted so good!
Exercise
25 minutes on the elliptical, 200 calories burned
Breakfast
2 corn muffins + butter
2 cups of coffee
Snack
Greek yogurt + granola
Lunch
egg drop soup
crunchy wonton noodle things
Snack
banana + peanut butter
Handful of Chex cereal
Dinner
Salad with romaine, chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers & light ranch dressing
small helping of pasta + olive oil

I haven't been exercising at all, which is disappointing. The elliptical machine is right there in a spare room. I just need to carve out the time. But usually, when I find the time, I don't have the energy. It's an ongoing battle with my schedule.
I've been eating okay. I lost half a pound this past week, which is great considering I haven't followed my diet to a T. If only I could exercise more, I'm sure the pounds would shed off.

none. Had a very sick stomach from lunch and had a cup of tea and some dry Cheerios.
