It's going the right way, but a long road ahead. I'm quite pleased as we have visitors at the moment and for the next week so I've still managed to lose some which is a positive. I am doing a birthday part on Saturday so another challenge. It will be interesting to see what happens next weigh in

😟 well that was to be expected after the lovely time I have had but very disappointing just the same. I'm feeling quite down hearted 💔

Another loss, I'm so pleased because Sunday is the triplets birthday party and the day I see my ex husband. I'm still very anxious and apprehensive about it but I know I need to put on my big girl's pants and get on with it.
I am going to just try and enjoy the day as its the triplet's special day and not all about me.
I am also going to go very carefully with any alcohol as I don't want to use it as a prop or end up saying or doing anything I would regret.
Off to look for red shoes and a handbag for the wedding that will keep me busy

Another loss so feels like I'm doing well. I have increased my walking and am being very careful with my diet so hard won but worth it
9 days until the party and 15 until the wedding

Another loss so very happy and I'm starting to see a little bit of a difference in my shape but only a tiny bit.
I have tried on my outfit for the wedding and it fits but I would like to look less lumpy 😉
I have no idea what to wear for the party which will make me feel good/confident inside and out
16 days to the party and 22 until the wedding
