I'm very pleased with this week's weigh in. I have worked very hard and plan to increase my exercise, fibromyalgia allowing. I know that this is going to be a long slog, but it's worth it.
My husband needs 2 knees replacing and a hip joint but he will need open heart surgery first. He has been told that he has to lose a considerable amount of weight first so he is being put on appetite suppressants to help him. I try to be as supportive and encouraging as I can and know how poorly he is but I must confess to being a little envious of this addition to his weight loss regime as I am constantly hungry and could eat a scabby donkey (as my father would say) 😂

It's going the right way, but a long road ahead. I'm quite pleased as we have visitors at the moment and for the next week so I've still managed to lose some which is a positive. I am doing a birthday part on Saturday so another challenge. It will be interesting to see what happens next weigh in

😟 well that was to be expected after the lovely time I have had but very disappointing just the same. I'm feeling quite down hearted 💔

Another loss, I'm so pleased because Sunday is the triplets birthday party and the day I see my ex husband. I'm still very anxious and apprehensive about it but I know I need to put on my big girl's pants and get on with it.
I am going to just try and enjoy the day as its the triplet's special day and not all about me.
I am also going to go very carefully with any alcohol as I don't want to use it as a prop or end up saying or doing anything I would regret.
Off to look for red shoes and a handbag for the wedding that will keep me busy
2 day until the party 🎂 8 until the wedding 💒
