Today I have really struggled I woke up with nothing to do today and just kept eating for no reason. I’m disappointed in myself...it’s like I want to lose this weight but at the same time I’m scared to. I want to believe with God I can do better then this....today I failed and this is not new this is apart of me that I need to let go. I don’t live to eat and food is not my identity...Lord forgive me and the harm I’ve done to my body help me to see past my fear of being alone because that’s a lie with you I’m never alone.

I’m not doing to good on my ketos diet. I keep having cheat days. Which then throws me off for the whole week or weekend. I need to stay disciplined.
