Breakfast
Hi again! Jillian (meany) Michaels says that you should eat within the first 1/2 hour to no later than an hour after waking up. She says that if you want to make the most of the way your body burns calories during sleep, you will do it. It's something chemically that happens in your body, she says. I find that if I wait until I am hungry instead of planning regualr meals, I end up making mistakes. If I am hungry, I can make some pretty bad choices. Anyway, hope that helped!

Help with Atkins-newbie
Hi.
What is the amount of protein and fat I should be eating with this diet? More protein or more fat? I have been eating more fat than protein for the past two days...can't picture being able to eat more protein than fat...don't think I could afford myself! lol Any direction would be great!

Need to lose 60lbs before I hit my 50th birthday HELP
Hi!
I just started Atkins today. I think the key is staying on the program after you have lost the weight. So it's more of a lifestyle change. I am 42 and am the heaviest I have ever been also! I am 186 and want to be 150. Let's do it together! My name is Heidi...we can do it! I'm sick of listening to myself in my own head. More specifically, I am even tired of my own sh**.
