well i guess im doing ok on the eating, i could be exercising more thats for certain, i really need to get out of this lazy state of mind. im missing my honey so bad right now and dont like i got somebody seeing what im doing so, its ok if i mess up, also i feel like going walking is "my time" time to think and some what meditate, and i have to take kids with me and i dont get that time that i need, i really need to rethink my plan and give myself another time when i can find that me time so im not feeling so neglected

wow here i go again lol we shall see i guess. i guess my main concern and my obstacles are the same, when i did this before chris was 5 and not a baby anymore, but now i have a 3yr old and a 5 yr old and a one yr old and one more lil one on the way well not me lol but might as well be, im the one gonna be taking care of him. so my obstacles to overcome is making the time and giving the time to exercise, i do know one way i started last time was to keep a journal and do alot of praying, i know i cant do anything without my God i know He is always with me, so here i go and i pray this time i make a life change for good!
