okay, I'm stuck at this weight. I'm not very active, and I dont want to be. I'm not motivated. How do I get unstuck when I'm not motivated? I feel like screaming, but I'm not motivated. I want to weight 140! but I'm not motivated. I want a handsome nice man to have a nice normal fun relationship with! but...

I dont eat anything with zero calories, everything is good for me. I eat within the RDA of my calories and the only thing I'm not doing, is getting the right amount of protein. I cant afford it. So I don't get to eat as much as i'd like to. I think the reason I'm staying right at 163 is Im not active enough. At this point it's activity and not my food intake, because if I eat any less than I am now, my health will go down, and I cant have that! I dont have insurance or a doctor, so I have to maintain my healthy diet and try to stay healthy. I walk to the center for school, at least twice a week and that's 5 miles round trip, but that's the only exercise I'm getting...
and I'm looking over the foods and my entries, and i am having trouble keeping the carbs down and the protiens up, and the sugar levels down. I dont eat cakes, candies, chips, cookies, stuff like that. My carbs are mostly vegetables and cereal. Sugars are from the fruits mostly, I dont drink soda, or use sugar substance in my coffee or cereals and my cereals are sugar free, completely. i read the lables...

I have been getting out more lately. I cant work right now, my car died, and I cant lug my vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies on my back and trek around town from Citrus Heights to downtown Sacramento to clean houses, but I can walk 2 miles to the job resource center and get some training for a new line of work that I can take a bus to, or walk to. Something that wont kill me physically. So, I've been walking. it's 3.09 miles one way. So I walk there, take my classes, look for work, and wait to be accepted into the retraining program and then walk home the 3.09 miles back. :) Not bad.

I've been bouncing between 164 and 166 for over a week now, and suddenly I'm at 163. Okay. Lets see if it stays there for a while before I start the bouncing again...

I have this blasted candida! and just two days ago I weight 161, and it wasnt weigh in time, so I didnt mark it, and today is weight in time and I weigh 166.2. I hardly eat, the diet is so strict! I'm starving for some real food, I cant eat anything processed, or drink anything but water and coffee. geez!
