Yesterday I overate for lunch and felt terrible afterwards. Major blotation and was super uncomfortable for the rest of the day...
Also, starting my fast this Friday. 😬

Health is a real struggle for me; a literal uphill climb all the time. My main goals are to feel good, look good, eat superbly, and be happy. And I feel like a lot of that depends on what I eat. I will be starting off with a total toxin flush water fast for about 3 days. Going to focus on eating natural and whole healthy foods. Any tips and advice are MORE than welcome! Merci !
