Getting a little fed up of my calorie intake being so low, so , at the advice of my doctor, I'm going to have a crack at a low carb diet. Which probably means I'll put weight back on for a bit while my body adjusts. Gonna need everyone's support to stick to it long enough to see results 🤞

That's better. After last week I've been making an effort to take in more calories and it seems to be working. No real loss, but I was expecting to have put some of the 5 pounds back on so that's fine. Here's to less stress and a safe weight loss next week

Stress leads to me either not eating or throwing up when I do eat, neither of which is a good way to lose weight. I'll probably put all this back on when everything is sorted and I start eating properly/keeping my food down again, and that's a good thing. I'm losing weight to be healthy, I don't need to be settling into unhealthy ways of doing it.

Idiots next door to us nearly burnt the whole street down over the weekend. Stress does not help my eating habits ☹️ Hate to think what my next weigh in will be
