Felt great to get outside and walk with my daughter today. I'm trudging along all on my own... figuring things out 1 day at a time. I have challenged myself to get on here every day, to track my food and to exercise more. Gotta do what I gotta do to feel better about myself and to get healthy for my daughter.

I don't know what is going on. I have had a very hard time sticking to any diet or exercise routine lately. I am truly struggling right now... ever since starting my new job. It is stressful, and I know that is part of it, but I am so exhausted when I get home that I can't find the energy to work out. Same in the morning. I have a hard time waking up (don't sleep well cuz of my back) and I can't get myself moving. I will take any suggestions anyone has. Thanks.

Ugh. It has been a while since I have been on here... and it shows. Everytime I think I'm getting things together, some major setback occurs. I haven't been taking care of myself at all and that is obvious by my weight gain since around April.
I am going to graduate school in Dec. and I want to be back in at least some of my old clothes for job interviews. There are so many other reasons I want to lose too... my health, feel better about myself, be there for my daughter, etc.
I feel horrible about myself and I have been really depressed from all the stress, my pain and the weight gain. I am in need of some serious help to get my weight back on track and I found a new doctor for my moods and pain. Hopefully I can buckle down this time and finish what I have started.
