Still maintaining. That isn't the plan forever LOL! Goal is 10 more pounds by September 1. Haven't seen the 180's in 27-28 years! Will be increasing my water (now easily doing 3 liters/day) and my exercise (now easily 3 miles/day).
At least the maintenance allowed my new found wrinkles to kind of settle and fill back in. Thanks everyone for your inspiring stories and tips!

Maintaining and not losing but then my food choices have not been the best. Hope to GET BACK ON THE PLAN. Would love to say I've stopped drinking Diet Coke but that bad habit comes and goes. I believe I lost focus for an entire MONTH! So easy to get distracted from the "selfish" goal of your own good health instead of giving to everyone else! Love the insight, wisdom, and encouragement from all of you!!

Still struggling to decrease (and then quit) my Diet Coke habit. However, maintaining weight loss and slowly dropping towards my goal. Congratulations to all of my FS family on your
continued efforts to persevere. It ain't easy but we can succeed.

One day at a time! Trying to make good choices about what to eat and how to increase movement without obsessing about my long term goal. Have dropped to a size 14 -- wow!
So appreciate my new health. It's magnificent
to have air and stamina!
