I loss 4 lbs and 2 ins waistline. My hips are smaller in a new dress. My husband is exercising with me. Bahamas here we come.....we look good together.

I have added a nice daily exercise plan for me. My exercise: squats, up and down jumpers, hill climbers, and run knee high. The game has change for me. My meal intake stops at 6 pm.

I enjoy my weekend at home with family. We watch the Mayweather fight. I need to put a exercise plan in place immediately.

Today, I sleep in my sweat suit for three hours. I'm trying to plan a exercise routine . I do not care to drink water but I know it has to be done. So far, I drink three 27 oz cup of water. Please help me with some ideas.

Today, my husband Jammie notice my weight loss in the FedEx uniform. I feel a boost of energy to reach my weight goal. I'm making a exercise plan to the program. when I got off from work, I put on my sweat suit for four hours. I feel tightness in my thighs. I see changes in my stomach.
