Been a crazy few weeks, completely neglected the calorie counting, havnt weighed in in ages! not sure i want to! thought id keep up the diet without counting the calories but the exercise has ground to a halt and i feel rubbish for it. Keep telling myself to get out and do somthing but the motivation has gone, just so many other things going on, moving house, getting ready to start uni again, working crazy hours... no excuse tho! will have to get back into it again in the next couple weeks. Start setting some more deadlines, join the gym at uni, go swimming again, maybe try the jogging thing again, when my life gets back into some sort of routine!!! Have to get a timetable sorted and schedule in everything I want to do! its the only way i can keep on top of everything!!!
and when i do get round to weighing in again, if i put on even a pound im blameing the boyfriend for being too nice and buying me wine and cider the past fortnight!!! ahhhhh! :P

Been a bit tough this week, doing alright on the exercise front but could be alot better! and due to the boyfriend coming to visit, mum's birthday and a week off work, I'v pigged out on BBQ's, Chocolate, Booze. Havnt put on that much weight, just under 1lb, but worried Im being to plato out, the first few pounds were so easy! gotta up my game! poss find another exercise or class to go to, getting bored of the same old thing every week! so thats my goal this week!
*eat healthy and always UNDER my calories
*exercise over 2000 calories a day!
*find something new to do!

put on a pound, but not too bothered. Could just be down to muscle gain or something. Definitely starting to feel more toned :)

Having such a good day! Took my bike out for a ride, went swimming, did a spot of shopping, and feeling great! just in time to see my gorgeous boyfriend 2morro evening :D

:( put on a few pounds while visiting London, meals out and relaxing with the boyfriend... not so good for the waistline, well back on track from today, bike fixed and ready to ride :) dog needs walking and swimming/aqua aerobics 2!
