I am currently taking a Iaso products and they work I am on a 1200 calories a day diet, I feel a lot better since I began taking the products, I have lost 23 lbs I am now able to walk a little distance, I have began to love myself again. My diet consist of No Carbs just the approved Vegetables and Proteins, No fried foods period, baked, broil, steamed, sauteed, no grease no fried I want to stick around for a long time to see my kids, kids, kids grow up
