Weighed myself this morning and was at 162.3, about a pound less than Monday (my weekly weigh-in day). Hope it sticks! For now I've decided not to record the fluctuations in between my weekly weigh in in the weight history, but make a journal entry instead. We shall see.

I meant to change my RDI on Monday but I've changed it to 1500 (max calories per day). Just a note. So far I've done at little bit over (1552) but when my RDI was 1550 I used to be at 1600 so there you go. Today I'm determined to be at 1500. Wish me luck!

Can't make head or tail of my weight. I think the exercise from the 5 days in San Fran finally caught up so I've lost a little. But now my new goal as of this week is to be at an average of 1500 or less calories per day, and to try to lower the fat grams to an average of 50. Wish me luck!

Only gained 1 lb after vacation, pretty good! But need the # to start going down
