Weight hit 172 in March...food and exercise did not seem to be enough. Labs showed cholesterol levels high...seriously? Made appt with doctor for weight loss...and I'm on 1200 calorie low fat diet, hcg oral, phentermine and a weekly B12 lipotropic inj. Until now I never thought I would be 130 - 140 again....I'm on my way now.

I have been "gone" with weekend in Tennessee and then dog sitting...the arm in a sling is limiting my "movement" plans, LOL. I started the 48 hour Dr. OZ DETOX today.....and then will be back to DASH Diet....it works for many so it should work for me.
