Did really well on the diet and added 25 sit ups to my exercise regime. Feeling really good about myself.

Dissappointed I only lost a pound. But I still am munching at night so go figure. Even though I started a thirty minute power walk. But I am not giving up. I like how the added exercise has made me feel.

I did really well yesterday. Eating breakfast actually helped me to eat less the rest of the day...go figure. LOL.

ok, back to eating breakfast, no more fooling around. LOL. Did a power walk this am. Determined to stick to a healthier eating regimine rather than this up and down yo-yo stuff I have been doing. It is so self defeating. I refuse to say "dieting" because the word just makes me want to eat a whole damn chocolate cake...lmao.

Haven't been doing too badly. Have been power walking 30 minutes every day. I am really proud of that b/c I have been a die-hard couch potatoe for so long. But I really like how I feel. Went to dinner with friends last night. Stuck to my diet. But still have a lot of negative self image feelings. Like ugly, fat, etc...as I sat there with my little salad and everyone else was pigging out. Can anyone relate. Losing weight is so much more than just about the pounds..at least it is for me. The whole self image, body image, or distortion thereof, the shame of secret eating, I could go on and on. Sigh. Can anyone relate?
