This is my first REAL day of getting back on track. I did good last night and didn't do any unnecessary snacking. Woo! Today has been pretty easy for me too. Usually I will sit over here and raid my snack drawer out of boredom. I have partaken in some pretzels, but have not taken any candy, chips or any other filthy deliciousness that has been offered to me today.
Staying strong and focused on a leaner me....

I want to feel better about myself! I know I'm not fat, but I really want to be able to look down and not see so much of my belly. Ha! Seriously though, I've tacked on 5 pounds since vacation and have been eating any old thing that I want. I have lost my discipline. I still work out 4-5 times a week, but my eating habits are entirely out of control.
I have solicited the help of this website. Gotta get back on track....
