Am so very frustrated & know exactly what the problem is. Had a total hesterectomy 2 1/2 wks ago. Will start 5-6 wks radiation & 6 chemos in about a wk. My odds of beating the C is very good & am feeling better every day. NOW my eating plan, exercise & problems why I'm not loosing any weight. Finding out I got the big C decided not to Keto right now. Too stringent & too difficult for me at this time. A wk ago started Weight Watchers counting ALL calories food & drink. Am tracking all of it in FS & WW. Thurs my weight day & I've gained a lb. Have been totally honest with my daily calories. The problem is I've been sedentary per Dr.'s orders. Good thing I'm watching calories or would gain alot. OK via websites today have to put a half hr exercise plan together. Shoulder lifts, leg kicks ect. Nothing that would affect my healing wounds. Even when having a bowl movement man that internal 7" cut then stitched really really hurts. So no squats, no lunges ect. After this wkend will try to get on & off my cycle. That's my thing & 30 mins cycling should get me loosing weight. Be talking to myself as so upset after doing wkly weight & have gained. So fighting for my life that includes finding a way to exercise after the surgery & keep tracking food/drink. No worries 👍 Everyone else good luck on your journey. I'll listen to any tips you may have. It snowed all night & still snowing but it'll be April in a month, No Worries 😀

Wrote a post submitted it then submitted a 2nd post that erased the 1st post. Is that normal? Will try again. Am good staying on my eating plan & plan of loosing my extra weight (quite alot) slowly but surely. Found out that most women that have/had Endometrial cancer are obese. At 5'5" at 199 lbs I'm obese. Slowly but surely I need/want to loose the extra weight. Plus cancer loves sugar. Don't have a big sweet tooth but sugar in my coffee. Gotta pay attention to that. My surgery was over a week ago so will walk what I can today. Hoping I can try to get on & off my inside cycle in a wk. Need it & miss cycling for a good 20-40 mins daily. Will see what I can do in the beginning this time. Enough of me. Thank you for your support Liv, Nanofgoat, g_ort & Kellin_4. Anyone I forgot thank you thank you. Good luck with all of us working on changing our eating habit lifestyle & getting healthier. Have a great weekend. Good Bless ❣️👍☺️
