Went off reservation Friday and Saturday and partied a bit. Still fasted from Saturday night through now, with 1.5 hours of walking

Stopped the detox tinctures and will go back to my regular IF and animal protein style.
Fasted since 1000 yesterday and will break fast after lifting today.
