i am happy to announce that I am famished and plan on eating like a mobster today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...Italian cuisine..pasta, bread..and the whole nine yards!!!!!...maybe EVEN DESSERT!!! No Not really but it sure felt Good to say that :P I am however... gonna give myself a break from being so hard on myself this day... as I'm becoming agitated...Nothing is worth feeling this way..so today I am gonna enjoy fooooooooood...still will be chicken and salad on the menu ...but I miss my bread and filler foods...don't like feeling GRUMPY...jus sayin...

Didn't eat much yesterday after noonish so woke up starving and made some bad choices but still in the green....somedays are just harder then others...and no exercise today am feeling exhausted so good night all

is there such a thing as GOOD carbs and Bad carbs ?? that is My question of the day....been trying to stick with namely salads and fruits but seems as a lot of fruit is full of carbs...i only like bananas and blueberries and occasionally watermelon...what's ur take on this...i need to look in to this more closely but could use your input..thanks and have a happy healthy day all...Dar

Have been doing excellent today as far as incorporating water. That's an amazing task for me as I do not care for water at all...Also did one hour and a half of dancing, aerobics, stretching and weight lifting as well..so feeling great today and in good spirits....eating healthier and demanding myself to be more dedicated to the cause of getting healthy and in shape by spring....hope u all are having a happy healthy day as well Peace n love , Dar
