Still at 179 but I am working hard on sticking to a health diet and not eating out as much and taking cheese out of my meal choices. Will be hard lot of things I like with cheese and really feel almost every American recipe has cheese in them lol! >_< my tummy and heart can't take these bad eatings any longer and want my best figure in 6 months...i.e. my 30th bday! Looking spiffy is my word! -L- I be tough only bad thing I have had this week is doughnuts last night was a bad night had 5 doughnuts that is rounding to 900 calories doughnuts alone.... but that be the bad thing for next 3 months like that cause clearly bad at pacing myself and may need to deny myself such extravagant foods. For being with the healthy foods I do feel much better lil anemic but that is likely do to too few calories...will correct as the days go along. Today meal plan apples, bananas and vanilla yogurt for breakfast. salad for lunch, and chicken w rice and 1 deviled egg. I am actually looking forward to the end of today tho stayed up all night so tad sleepy.
